About Us Gary Holderness has been involved in the meat industry personally for over 40 years. I started my career at Roulands Meats and Birmingham Market at the age of 15. Since then I have been employed at Farmers Market Los Angeles, Market Basket, Albertsons, Crown Meats and Deli and Ranch House Meats.I have extensive knowledge of both wholesale and retail sides of the meat business and pride myself on old school craftsmanship,quality and service.
